Client Testimonials

“Heading into retirement is a daunting prospect. Do we have enough money to retire and how do we invest our life savings being the two main factors.

A friend was with Jarrah Bridge and recommended them to us. After an initial meeting with Annette and then a follow up with a retirement plan laid out for us we decided this was it and James took over as our financial advisor with Annette in the process of her own retirement.

We were amazed how professional and helpful James was and still is with us. Nothing is too much for him and he regularly updates us via email or bi annual meetings with us. Put simply James has put our minds at ease especially over the last two years with the world in financial turmoil. I would highly recommend Jarrah Bridge for any financial advice or retirement plans.”
Gregg (68) and Rita (60), Australind
"We have been Jarrah Bridge clients for the last year and have always found James and all the staff approachable and happy to assist.

The information provided by James has been sound and knowledgeable and delivered in an easy to understand way. Their fee structure is very transparent and as such we know exactly what we are paying for.
James has always provided helpful advice so that we feel confident about our financial future. We are very happy to recommend James and the Jarrah Bridge staff to anyone after sound financial advice.”
Leanne (65) and Tom (64), Stoneville
“Our search for an Independent financial planner led us to Jarrah Bridge and has proven to be a sound decision in our goal for financial stability after retirement.

The financial plan that James put together for us has allowed us a comfortable lifestyle, and the continual advice he provides allows peace of mind in that our portfolio is being well managed. James’s expertise in dealing with Government agencies has proven invaluable, and all our questions and requests are dealt with promptly. The team at Jarrah Bridge are a pleasure to deal with and we are secure in the knowledge our financial stability is in good hands.”
David (69) and Joanne (64), Helena Valley
“We contacted James in 2021 as ill health had brought on early retirement for my husband Rory. Having always been suspicious of financial planners, we were relieved to meet someone with a no-nonsense, no-frills approach who helped us make sense of our financial position. James is knowledgeable and competent, providing sensible advice that is moving us towards a comfortable retirement. We are also grateful for the support we receive from James when it comes to bureaucracy surrounding my pending retirement. He is always available to answer questions and complete complicated forms on our behalf. He provides regular updates on our finances and is thoroughly professional at all times. We wish we had found James earlier.”

"Annette's up to date expertise in the Financial Sector creates a trust that is rare to find. Her attention to detail with my Financial Planning portfolio can not be faulted. Her professional, ethical and caring demeanour evokes my trust and respect and I highly recommend her services."
Pauline (age 68), Perth
"We highly recommend Annette and the team at Jarrah Bridge. They give sound and down to earth advice, are easy to contact and are always quick to respond to our questions. The transparency with fees lets us know exactly what we are paying for. We trust Annette to guide us towards a secure and comfortable retirement."
Janet (59) and Craig (67), Cunderdin

I think of Annette Sinclair as a financial advocate more than a financial advisor. I am in my 50s and earn a relatively low income yet I feel secure and confident, especially about the years ahead.

Sure, Annette has helped me to get on track to a comfortable retirement but my sense of wellbeing comes from regularly reviewing and updating all of my financial and legal affairs so that I’m well positioned no matter what happens between now and then. I am quite convinced that it’s not wealthy people who most need a financial advisor, it’s those of us that aren’t that really need someone on our side.

Louise (52), Beaconsfield
"Annette has been our financial planner for over five years. Over this time, I have found her to be the ultimate professional, and extremely knowledgeable in current products and services. The advice has allowed us to have a successful portfolio for our personal and business needs. It is a pleasure to recommend Annette as a Financial Planner."
Dale (60), Karrinyup

"In 2013 we needed financial advice heading into retirement. How much did we need and did we have enough. After our first meeting with Annette our minds were at ease.

She put together a retirement plan, which is still working for us today seven years on. Annette and her team are always there to answer any questions we may have and give simply good advice.

They fill out all the necessary forms and submit them on our behalf leaving us to enjoy life. We would highly recommend Annette and her team at Jarrah Bridge to anyone looking for sound financial advice."
Pam (72) and Graydon (72), Bayswater

"On our retirement six years ago. and after several frustrating interviews with other “Financial Planners” our accountant recommended Annette and team to manage our modest financial assets. We are delighted with our decision, and the professional management provide by Jarrah Bridge.

We have been able to maintain a very comfortable lifestyle using our allocated pension and part aged pension all due to the competent management provided by Jarrah Bridge.

Annette and Team Jarrah Bridge provides cost effective, expertise in financial planning, Centrelink and Tax department dealings in a friendly “plain talking” manner, most importantly with attention to the smallest detail. We have no hesitation in recommending Jarrah Bridge to all who require competent professional Financial Planning."
Fred (76) and Judy (73), Mundaring

"We first used Annette Sinclair as our Financial Planner 10 years back when my husband was contemplating retirement from a very stressful position.

It was incredibly helpful to have accurate information where Annette informed us of different scenarios that we were are able to take into consideration that we had not formerly considered, as we also wanted to downsize our home.

Over many years, Annette has guided us through several important milestones and issues that have then given us much peace of mind. On one such occasion, we had tried to update Centrelink with a reduction in our assets.

Centrelink made an error which resulted in a much reduced pension. Annette was able to intervene on our behalf and resolve the issue and our frustration and relief was immediate.

We sincerely appreciate your amazing effort to work through the range of issues that retirement and sound Financial advice can give to people such as ourselves.
